The lack of complimentary water was annoying. Paying $8 for a bottle in the room felt excessive. I also found the bathroom quite dated. The old shower and curtain could really use an upgrade.

The gym was rather lackluster. it Had limited equipment, only a few treadmills AND one sad-looking stationary bike. the advertised city views from the rooms were mostly obstructed by nearby buildings. I expected better sightlines for the price. It's QUITE irritating.

The location proved very convenient for exploring the area. The hotel is near Chinatown, offering many dining options. I also appreciated the proximity to public transportation. It made getting around the city very easy.
I found a couple of issues . The room's soundproofing was not very effective. I could hear conversations from adjacent rooms. i did not find bottled water in the room, and i'm a diamond member.
